Sounds like it was something to do with the aneurysm he suffered a few years back. He was a quality manager at Lincoln but hasn't managed to capture that magic at Peterborough and Macclesfield. Shame he's gone. Such a young age really.

He was yeah, proper role model. Really genuine fella with a love for the game it seems. I caught the news on SSN earlier, as well as interviews with the chairman/assistant manager, was tough to listen to.
