Emergency loan Window?

I am 99.9% sure this will be irrelevant to us but what is the exact date the emergency window closes? (Love to be wrong mind and we bring in three or four players after Borley's successful trip next week! 
)
Does affect us indirectly still as Geroge Boyd signing for Forest yesterday proves, we are playing them in a few weeks

It closes after the 4th Thursday in March (couldn't be arsed looking up the exact date)

If we pay all the outstanding tax next week the embargo will be lifted, the Malaysians will come steaming in and by the fourth Thursday in March or whatever it is we will have loads of new players on loan !
Look out for the parade Ridders promised us by at the end of January just a bit late that's all.
