KLM OUT OF CARDIFF

Flying to Bahrain next Thursday and to save the trek to heathrow and a couple of hundred quid too i have taken the advertised option of going KLM out of Cardiff and reconnect Holland etc, anyway since booking heard a few horror stories especially about bags going missing etc, any one done a connection this way with them?

Plenty of times and had no problems.

Where abouts you staying in Bahrain? I use to work out there.

flown to the dam loads of times, klm are the best always on time, never had any problems with them klm gates are right by the main terminal building, bmi planes always late and miles to walk to catch ongoing flights

Coming back I got into Cardiff on a Friday, My bags arrived on Sunday.

Problem is the Amsterdam to Cardiff Plane is parked off the Terminal and if they are busy or running late the Bags get left behind.
I know a few people who had the same problem.

KLM - used them a few times. Very good service and excellent connection service to Schiphol - albeit in a little Fokker plane

I hate them planes full of little fokkers.

went to Germany via Holland had no problems.In fact it was us caused the problems staying too long in the bar at Holland.

just take carry on - no problem then

the plane is little though. the hostess sits on your knee to serve the whole plane. jumbo jets they aint. seriously though. i enjoyed the early morning hops to schipol. i'd recommend it.

I have done them a few times....but......i only carry hand luggage so i have never had a problem. and then i get the train to Cologne.
