If our only options at the moment are either the Malaysians or someone else investing, or Administration, surely both of those would see him go anyway. I doubt we'd be able to get him out before then really.
Especially given that he has the backing of the majority of shareholders and the board at the moment.

Unfortunately I think it would be hard to get a case together. The money paid was in exchange for a season ticket for next season which we will get. I don't think we'd be able to get a refund on the promise the cash would be spent in a certain way

Why would we want to anyway, it would probably get rid of Ridsdale but only because we'd probably have to go into admin with another couple of million having to be paid back. I'd much rather Ridsdale stay until the Malaysians boot him out and takeover than get rid of Ridsdale and go into admin.

I will always renew my season ticket anyway, but it was the lies that were told to get peoples money that has angered people.

I have decided not to march as I think it could undermine the role of the Trust.

However, just because I don't support the march doesn't mean I want Ridsdale to remain. I want him out ASAP.

But I feel the Trust is in a much better position to achieve that aim.

Errm, theres running water in the toilets, women can sit down to have a pee, there's people wandering around with free beer in rucksacks, the hot dogs are nearly eatible and you can nip for a fag. He single handly got us to an FA Cup final but Jones fucked it up, reduced our debt to Sam by saying Nah Nah, Nah Nah, Nah Nah, I'm not paying anymore and quite rightly told the tax office to f**k off. If you want a genuine reason for not getting rid of Ridsdale then the obvious answer is it saves the club a £1m pay off it hasn't got. Ridsdale told Carl the club goes into Admin if he leaves, that has to be down to the pay off he is entitled to if he is sacked.

However, don't get me wrong I want him gone I just don't want to pay him £1m. Basically we need something juicy so he can be sacked for gross misconduct so the club is freed of it's liability.

Unfortunatley so far all we have on him is gross incompetance which is not the same as gross misconduct.

Whilst I'm not encouraging anything I would advise anyone who talks to him from now on to try and get whatever is said down on tape.

I'm not so sure your correct, I believe that there has been recent cases of money being raised by a charity, set up to raise funds for specialised unit at a hospital, that money was then re-appropriated to other areas that the hospital felt were more impotant. The case was brought to court and the judge ruled in faviour of the defence that the money had been raised for a specific use. Not unlike our case I would say.

The statement that it undermines the Trust is flawed though, memebers werent balloted regarding the mrach and several of the Trusts committee are on the march themselves.

I am a trust member and I will be on the march , Ridsdale was employed to see the new stadium thro and he did it but at a cost . So in a way I thank him for that , however being lied to that my season ticket money would go directly towards player sales knowing full well we were under a transfer embargo really pissed me off ! I renewed the same time last season too coz it makes sense to buy a discounted ticket and as a result ive got the nxt 5 seasons discounted too but its a shame that the money men at CCFC are shite at everything and lie and take too many risks ............. 3 points tomoz be nice too
