I lost all co-ordination of where I was trying to get into the ground and the card reader kept giving me the red light. One of the stewards, a fella in his 50s, politely took my card off me, fed the details into a hand held computer and helpfully told me what part of the ground to go to and what part I was at. A nice, helpful bloke and the first contact I have had with the stewards at the ground. All credit to him
