Great news mate, now you got to support him and keep him healthy, no fags or fry ups.Seriously, I have worked with a lot of stroke patients,he will get very frustrated at his progress at times and you need to keep reassuring him, good physio will help his mobility and a nice summer wont harm, hope he makes a big recovery mate, they are horrible afflictions, must be so frustrating for stroke patients who know what they want to say, know what they want to do, but all the signals get mixed up and hold them back. Hoping for the best, Gwyn

Great news mate. I studied about stroke recovery in depth and it's a very frustrating and pain staking process. This is a fantastic breakthrough though so hopefully his rate of recovery can be quicker than the norm.
