In my Pub in Aberdare

Someone went in to the toilets smashed a Pint glass, and stabbed himself in the neck. Blood everywhere, thankfully the Quick thinking of the Doorstaff prvented him from death. I feel for him tho as to try and take you're own life you must be feeling very low. He is still in hospital by all acounts. My thoughts are with the poor lads family. (even tho is cost me over a an hours takings).

He's ok for now Greg mate I think, just hope he gets help and he wont reapeat what he did. There is allways help out there for everyone who feels Low. Just the secret is dont be ashamed to talk to someone about you're problems.

My mate committed suicide and the one thing I wish he'd done was talk to me or someone. Such a travesty. Hopefully now someone can know his state of mind and help him through.
