Don't forget the £10m to Sam is only £10m IF it gets paid by 31/12/10 - which is very unlikely....

PMG are owed £10m but that apparently has been reduced by £1.8m due to the land sale. The tax are owed £1.6m and the stadium build has about £4m still outstanding including over a £1m to Borley.
I think the £2.6m raised from season ticket sales is included in the figure also.
