50/50 draw coincidences

Something very strange with this draw.
Check out the results for the last few matches on the official site.
2 of the 3 winning numbers are always within 30 tickets. At the WBA match 2 consecutive tickets won.
This is statistacally a 1800 to 1 shot as a prize around 900 means 1800 sales.
Any comments?

Each draw is a random discrete event.

The odds you quote are the odds of it happening in are 1800 to 1. That doesn't mean there are 1799 events in between it happening again...

I reckon it's a coincidence because a) why would anybody want to fix the 50/50 draw in favour of random individuals and b) if they did, why would they make it this obvious?

Just to be annoying the odds are actually more like 2000 to 1. £1,800 is the amount left after costs such as paying the ticket sellers and printing is deducted.

So the sales were probably at least 2,000 made be a little higher.
