why did stoke only have three thousand tickets for chelsea

when we had six thousands tickets we had the whole of the shed end they only had half of it anyone know the reason behind it when we went to midlesborough for the q/f we had six thousand tickets the whole end of the ground i find this strange or did the police have a say in it perhaps they didnt want any bother espescially after our game there i think theres a bit of history bewteen chelsea and stoke
