Whats everyone's thoughts on this I think we will by the end of month

Me too if we are lucky but have a nasty feeling HMRC will make a grim example of us.

Little matter of a court appearance Wednesday. Things will become a lot clearer then hopefully. HMRC will probably say we are insolvent and threaten to wind us up as they did with Portsmouth and then the court will demand an up to date statement of affairs to test if that is true. It will then be malaysians or bust. That's my feeling.

NO NOT YET, This will be our final chance in My Opinion, but what I was told today the Club are not sure either.

It's only a matter of time i think. If we get through this court case with the HMRC how long is it going to be before somebody else who we owe money to start asking for it back? Lets just hope the Borley can bring us some good news back

Annis are the club in any dialect with the revenue - surely we aren't going to walk in to court without a proper plan - i.e we will either strike a deal or go in to admin tomorrow ?

I suspect they'll try the CVA route - which makes Hammam a factor.

Was told on Saturday we'll get another 28 days on Wednesday.

I hope that's right, the only way I can see HMRC agreeing to that is we've given them another sizeable chunk of cash ?
