IPSWICH TOWN FANS and LAST NIGHT

Walking back to the Station Pub last night after the game, side by side with Ipswich Fans, had quite a few chats with them, they could not believe how bad we were. Actually they said we were one of the worse teams to play there, yet one said you have some much quality in the team, but they didnt seem interested.

Are we Jeckyl and Hide, because if we are then in My Opinion, surely its bad management, Ipswich played on Sat just like us, so dont say we were tired.
We play dreadful at Preston, then deserve a hard earn win v Boro, then get played off the park by a shit Ipswich team, we never even got one corner, in my opinion we should off lost 4 nil

Same here mate, before the game I was drinking with a few Ipswich fans who said it would be a tough game for them and they would settle for a point. How wrong they were. Probably one of their easiest games. Marshall apart, City were a shambles.

The off the pitch crap must be getting to the players. The club is a small place, rumours fly around and the players don't get paid on time.

We can moan that they should rise above it all, but if your boss was Peter Ridsdale and you knew he was looking after himself before the company you worked for, it is bound to affect your performance.

How many conversations have we had like that on away trips over the course of the season mate?? It just seems to be the same conversation, different town.

Peterborough, Barnsley, Sheffield Wednesday......

Have to say you were pretty woeful last night and we could have easily hit you for 5 or 6.

You are obviously better than that given your league position, so am sure you will put this behind you.

Correct, Greg, I blame DJ, they are his team, paid nearly 3 times as much as the Jacks, he chose them all.

Will be gutted if the points we have taken off of you deprives the football world a Cardiff v Jacks play off final!

Cheers, Good luck for your season as well. We may well be relegated if we get 10 points deducted, which would help Ipswich out as well. I think we have no confidence in our very small team. First time Im doubting our manager to motivate the players.

Your players did look like they are lacking on confidence, but must only be a blip as you are still sitting pretty.

I was beginning to think I was on my own for this since the ST scam. DJ picked this squad, a small one again, so he should take the buck. Just look what has happened over the years with a small squad, we have fallen away so many times. Obviously a lesson he has not learn't. Also it does not help that he has brought in crap this season.
