Coz he forget to tell them about the tax and other things but mainly the tax. Trust , honesty and honour is everything to these people. I am surprised they are still here to be honest.

£1m pay off is the simple answer.
On the bright side if Ridsdale botches today and we go into admin, he can be removed for nothing.

Knowing our luck the only thing to come out of this trip will be the establishment of CMB (Malaysia) Ltd

Who here thinks the Malaysians may be somewhat pissed off at such a pathetic attempt to force their hand into investing?

Very well noticed.
The question, unanswered is thus, were the Malaysians aware their "investment" which appears to be by no means guaranteed, would be referenced IN COURT as part of the clubs defence to a winding up order being granted? And if not, why the hell would they want to invest in a club which, yet again, has taken liberties with them?
IF they were aware, then clearly they must have given some permission - so why was the club unable to produce any evidence?
