Well this is the third time we are facing a winding up order from HMRC. We can't keep going back to court, they just wont stand for it. A short term adjournment is the best we can hope for I would think.

Well thats my feeling. HMRC will likely go down the same route with us as they did with Portsmouth. They will likely say we are insolvent. The court will then likely offer a short adjournment to facilitate Cardiff city providing the court with our current state of affairs to determine if we are insolvent, which will give Steve Borley a short period of time to either gain significant investment or a full takeover by the Malaysians.
