That is what he is good at FIRST CLASS CONMAN IN MY OPINION.
But lets not forget who never paid the Tax in the First place and who has got us a Transfer Embargo.
OWES £30 MILLION STILL even though Sam has reduced his £24 mill to £10 Mill.
Lets see him pay the wages This Month ???
Dont forget cant even pay £62,000 to FAW.
I will give him Credit who knows how to delay things.

- This alledged forth-coming investment of £6M would pay the tax and wages until the end of the season. (after the end of the season, how much more would we need?)
- The investment is meant to be made by 18th March, this would still give us 7 days to go into administration before the 25th March deadline (after then points taken off next season rather than this) if it did not materialise.

The investment doesn't in itself guarantee admin won't happen. Nor does it guarantee tax man being paid off.
I'd suspect Guy gets his money then admin / CVA.

It appears to me PR just rode his luck. The High Court seem to opporate an unofficial 3 strikes and out policy. He probably banked on that and got away with it.
The Judge was not impressed at all and dissmissed the bullshit about 'net assets' 'investments' and '£30m squad value' with his comment about the club being unable to pay its debts as and when they fell.
TBH I think I could have pulled that off today and I would have done it for nothing, rather than paying an absolute tosser £1,000 per day (net) to do it.

"Counsel Matthew Smith for HMRC had argued that the club should be wound up immediately, saying that it is "plainly insolvent"."
Hardly a masterstroke, Mr Nice Tax man hardly being nice... didn't want to give more time.

That's how I see it. The Malaysians buy PMG's mortgage holdings for £6m (they probably had the earlier £500k as a deposit) and PMG have the hotel plot for £1.8m
We go into admin and suddenly the Malaysians are the biggest secured creditor and take the club for peanuts leaving Sam and everyone else with a 1p in the £ if they are lucky.
Job done the Malaysians get the club for around £10m debt free and Ridsdale's out on his arse.
