If we get relegated cash back

I wonder what would happen if we got relegated with people paying upfront for season tickets on the presumption we'd be in the championship or premiership as wouldnt have predicted this mess when handing their cash over. If we drop down technically I wonder if any cash back would be paid....oh hang on I just remembered we dont have any

Would probably try to palm you off with friendlies or 3 home cup matches or something that involves them not having to shell out.

If we went into Admin and got relegated then the season tickets bought may not be valid as a new owners would take over and would legally not need to honour the season tickets. We would all become creditors of the club Risdale.

All those who have bought a season ticket would become creditors. The club might be sold on condition that the tickets are honoured and therefore 10k creditors would be satsisfied and the new owner gets the club cheaper.

If not then we would be paid at 8p in the £ or whatever is agreed and the club price would rise.

That is possible but I am confident any new owner would honour it. The last thing they would want is 10,000 pissed off fans. That would not be a good start.

I agree i was just stating what could happen legally don't think it would as new ownwers would want as many fans as possible through the turnstiles.
