another company owed money, took advertising

I've just done a job for someone (who's name I cannot give)

He did some work for the Cardiff City Stadium (some signage)

He was owed £4,500 for this work. Was promised a cheque 4 times, the finance bod he was talking to said he had written the cheque, but could not get anyone to sign it.

In the end, when he kicked up enough of a stink, he got offered £10k worth of programme and web advertising, OR take us to court.....

SHOCKING. Do they pay ANYONE? It looks like they don't even pay the "small" debts.

I'd have to take Ridsdale for a ride in the boot of the car.

I also know someone pretty well and they are owed thousands by Cardiff.

He is only a small company and a few thousand to him is millions.

He wants his money soon.

When I asked him if he would ever work for the city again, he thought for a bit, and said only for FULL PAYMENT up front. How many ppl are thinking like that now !!

The problem is that even if someone takes over, it will take years to bridge gaps.

I dont know how these business men keep their cool, when Ridsdale refuses to pay, but lives the five star lifestyle himself..If someone ripped me off, i`d want em dead..

He`s probably ripped that many off, all they`d have to do is chuck £20 each in the pot, and they could hire a hitman..
