Will Jones give Feeney a chance against Leicester?

Three of our players (Whittingham, Kennedy, Mcphail) could be back by Saturday. If, for example, Whittingham isn't, I can't really see him playing Kennedy or Mcphail on the wing, nor can I see him playing blake/wildig/rae in that position. Will he keep Rossco on the wing and play Feeney up front?

In the article on the site where he has a go at Chopra for getting a two game ban (the overpayed arsehole), he hints that he could be giving a different player a go in that position.

"He'll miss two games now because of his lack of professionalism. But it might give somebody else the opportunity to stake their claim."

Its gutting when stuff like this happens. I could rant on about having "no players" when, granted I don't know if Feeney is any good or not, we have players on the bench that can play. As I think you've said before, he can be quite adaptable, which is good considering we have had, and continue to have, sweet F.A. in terms of players.

To find out he's now not fit to play a match is just shocking. Shows how lacking DJ is in making sure his team can play games.

he puts a lot of effort in which is obviously appreciated(although it should be a given really) and he's probably a great fella, but that doesn't mean he's good enough

there's no viable replacement for Rae right now is there? McPhail's injured, Ledley's injured, Wildig's injured, Taiwo's looked pretty dodgy when he's been on(not really any better than Rae) and would take a couple of games to get up to speed (if he does)

so we're left with Blake and Rae

How can a professional footballer who trains every day and by your addmission does extra training on his own not be fit to play when required. Also not 'match fit' doesn't wash with me either as im sure they train with match situations every day, perhaps this is the case when coming back after an injury You lot havn't been leading him astray have you

If he won't put him on when we are two down playing shit, nothing seems to be working, can't put passes together feeney got no chance of starting saturday!
