So, it's promotion or bust then?

That is the only way we will get any investment and in today's climate it still wont be guaranteed.

Also, the prosecutor is going for liquidation as we are insolvent.

This is a lot more serious than points deduction as HMRC is going to make an example of someone big soon.

Sadly, some money would need to have been injected by our owners/ board to make this a possibility.

I said this ages ago, why not stump up a few million to help us push for the promised land and reep the monetary benefits would bring.

Unfortunately the want the "Penny and the bun", ie all the rewards for no input.

I find it strange that the HMRC let these non payment of taxes get so large before thay act..I dont know a thing about business, is this normal?
Surely they could step in sooner, nip it in the bud so to speak, before companies debts spiral out of control, and work with these companies to resolve the matter..

Revenue is down due to the recession, so they will show patience.
56 days patience and that's it........kapummmfff!
