How do you like your steak???

When you're out in a restaurant, how do you order your steak? I like mine medium rare with a bit of peppercorn sauce

Depends on the steak..

If its fillet, its gotta be rare..

Sirloin or any other cut, medium.

Chicago style - burned on the outside, tender in the middle. Generally, medium rare, pink meat but with enough blood to dip the chips in.

Mr mrs is a savage, she'll eat it straight off the cow still mooing. She'll have it blue if the restaurant does it, otherwise - the rarest of rare.

I used to go to the old one when it was just down from walkabouts and when it moved opposite to the arcade ALL GONE closed - where can i go now ???

When it moved next to the Arcade, I was in there 2-3 nights a week, easy. The owner, Dave is a good friend of mine, as were 90% of the staff. My Mrs used to work there too. I loved it there. It was great to finish a night with a fillet and a few pints before Dave dropped me home at 5am. I'd even finish a night out at 10-11pm just to go there and get pissed all night with the boys at the bar and only spend about a 5er.

Plus I used to play for their Sunday League team.

As for now, since it's sad demise, the place I'd recommend for a steak is the Madeira. The T-Bone is awesome in there. Melts off the bone!!

I tried that Miller and Carter place down the bay and it was absolute shite!!

My table in the Taurus was the one right by the stairs - the amount of girls who'd come in with no knickers on!!

I'm laughing to myself about the time in the Country Kitchen when you waitied 25 minutes for your well done burger. Then when you argued with Karam about it the length of time expanded. 25 mins, 30 mins, 45 mins!!
