If the full amount owing isn't paid by the next hearing then it won't be Admin, it'll be liquidation. The club is trading while insolvent, which is illegal. The judge agreed with HMRC on that and the only thing that stopped it from happening today was the promise of outside investment which was met with great scepticism by HMRC and the judge but the club were given one more chance.
