That's what I thought. PR could sign a bit of paper saying he rules the world if he wants, but it wouldn't mean anything without other signatures.

didnt mean they actually have said other parties have signed mate, it was just the way i read the announcment.

Either they have not signed or the media relations team need the bullet. Breaking this story like a teaser for Madonna is not how corporate announcements are made. Totally unprofessional.
