Known Cardiff fans living in Swansea

Thu Mar 11, 2010 9:23 pm

My next door neighbour's brother (aunty, sisters uncle) lives in Swansea and he has a city flag in the window, at first he had a few stone aimed at the window, eggs, and at one point was bundled into a back of a van and told to get out of swansea, to which he told then to f**k off.

Now his neighbours go past doing the ayatollah, he goes to most home games and wears a city scarf from swansea to Cardiff. he dont have any hassle any longer.

I have been down the mumbles with the city banners on the back window of the car a few times, never had any problems, any one else had any problems while showing your a city fan in their town ?

2 Swansea based City fans were arrested for p1ssing at Swansea station and misbehaving on the train after City hme to bristol City in August.

There are a few on CCMB too.

in fairness there is a Swans fan in caerphilly who had horrendous trouble for years, he stuck it out and kept his head up and now he can wear his Swans top around and many of the City fans think of him as a mate. i certainly enjoy his company.

I live in Neath and work in Swansea, have a city badge on the back window of my car, been hassled
a few times over it but they know that if they touch my car i'll just chop their f*cking 4 fingers off. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
Bubble trips? we go in their end. It's funny now, every time we ask for tickets when we play them down there, we dont have to
show ID as we are on their database!!!

I also play 5 a side in swansea on a sunday night and have worn City shorts and never had much problem with it, you get the odd sly comment or the odd look but nothing more than that.
