Is as educated as we'll get isn't it?
He believes that the new owners need 20 million to get in, wipe the debts,and own an established championship club with a new stadium. I'm feeling a hell of a lot better reading that

dato is having trouble getting vincent tan interested in the investment so looking at other options

surely as each day passes this figure rises with interest?
and on that kind of money is astronomical! can he spare £20m from his £800m fortune! i think so.....
