How about the fans pay the tax bill directly

Fri Mar 12, 2010 7:20 pm

What if we organise a prize draw, where the prize would be £3000 of holiday vouchers. The tickets would cost £50 each. This is the hard bit, we would need to sell 30,000 to raise £1.7m.

Ben I totally agree with you, but the club is insolvent, so we will loose our money anyway when we go bust. If we all gave £50 then we could save the club and still be watching the city next year.

I have been thinking of loads of ideas to raise cash, but i'll be fucked if i give him a penny more to keep him in a job a day longer than neccersary.

Its time we set up a fund to raise money to take over the club ourselves.

Great idea mate and I would happily buy a ticket, BUT Riddler would have to be go before we handed over the cash.

But like Goodshoes said I but theres loads of fundraising things we could do. Scarfs, T shirts, Paying Membership, Gentleman everning, Football games, Quiz nights, Football Auction, Our own raffles at home games. Iam sure we could come up with endless things to raise the funds. :ayatollah:
