This is a big step, but the investment isn't a done deal yet. Even with this agreement signed, if we don't get some money into the club sharpish, we're going to struggle.

This seems to be a huge step in the right direction and is hugely encouraging. Without the investment, it will still mean little, the hope must be that such investment is indeed imminent and as substantial as we are led to believe, if so, Peter can rightfully proclaim himself Cardiff City's Messiah. The first obstacle seems to have been cleared, but the finishing post is still in the distance, but at least it seems within sight.
