grangetown

don't worry about your side winning at that age krab just let them enjoy the experience is my advice . don't be too pushy with the little un's and make sure you don't let the parents either at that age .

you wait till they get on the big pitches at under 12 level the kids will naturally be wanting to win games . when they get to under 15's they know everything and won't listen to a word you say -lol

I know the feeling, my sons under 10's won their match today too.
How come your team played 3 games? We play in the East Berks League but only play the one match on any day.

Was going up to Leicester today after the boys match but ended up in hospital after tearing my calf muscle after just 5 minutes of the match refereeing it. Bloody painful

Maybe it was a blessing in disguise :?: No coaching or running now for 6 weeks+ on crutches

bluetaff matches between under 8 and under 11 in wales play mini sided games on mini pitches not normal size pitches

basically 3 * 20 minute games . we play with 7 players instead of the normal 11 players

and i thinks its the right way too, every kid gets a touch of the ball, which is how it should be at that age.

Here in the East Berks League we play 7-a-side matches too, 25 minutes each way. They have the choice to move up to 11-a-side from either under 11's or at under 12's
Cheers :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
