As we took him on loan at the start of the season I thought the transfer embargo did not apply. It only goes for new loanees.

Disappeared into the same black hole that approximately £20 million worth of transfer fees have fallen into over the last few years.

He must be injured or have upset Jones in some way as the embargo would not affect his season long loan.

correct he was on a season long loan. but cardiff agreed to pay part of his wages to man city, allegedly they havent

Plus when he's injured, he has to go back to Man City.

Maybe the football league advised Man City not to send him back during this financial uncertaintly?

He is not happy with the current situation.
He signed the petition, or atleast a Kelvin Etuhu did somewhere
