HERES A NEW ANGLE ON A THOUGHT THATS BEEN ON MY MIND NO DOUBT IT WILL BE RIPPED TO BITS IF SO GOOD BECAUSE I THINK THIS IS SO SIMPLE AND A QUICK FIX TO OUR PROBLEMS THAT IM NOT EVEN SURE I BELIVE IT EITHER
THE CLUB OWN THE STADIUM , THE COUNCIL LEASE IT TO US FOR 125 YEARS AT A PEPPERCORN RENT IF IM LED TO BELIVE
THE COUNCIL HAD TO AGREE THE LAND SALE TO FREE UP THE TAX MANS MONEY OR SO WE THOUGHT WELL MY IDEA IS THIS NEARLY 20,000 PAY TO WATCH CARDIFF CITY PLAY MANY ARE RATE PAYERS WHY DONT THE WELSH ASSYMBLY BUY UP 40% OF THE STADIUM FOR SAY 15 TO 20 MILLION RISDALE STATED IT COST 61 MILLION TO BUILD BUT HAY THEY GAVE THE LAND FOR FREE SO THEY SHOULD GET A GOOD DISCOUNT WITH AN OPTION THAT WE BUY THERE SHARE OUT IN 20 YEARS
NOW AS THE CAPITAL CITY IT WOULD BE A POOR ADVERT FOR CARDIFF IF THE CLUB WENT TO THE WALL SO AS A SWEETNER THE BLUES COULD PLAY THERE RENT FREE WE HAVE HIGH PROFILE FANS IN THE SHAPE OF KINNOCK RHODRI MORGAN WHO COULD BE HONERY BOARD MEMBERS ALSO THEY COULD PROVIDE ACCOUNTENTS IF THERE CLEVER ENOUGH TO RUN A COUNTRY A FOOTBALL CLUB SHOULD BE EASY AND FOR THOSE WHO THINK TOO MUCH MONEY LOOK AT THE BUDGET FOR 2007 08
Total Assembly Government funding for Culture and Sport in 2007/08 was nearly £110million. Most funding for Culture and Sport is distributed via the Cultural Assembly Government Sponsored Bodies (AGSBs). This page provides details of where the money goes.
