Depends if we we are still on the bomes of our arse or end up with big money and a board who have the clout to go for it.
Without cash, I'd be happy with a first timer where the wage is not undermining the club and if the manager failed a pay off was small. However the benefit is that you could uncover a genius.
With money you have to raid another club, you need to drag a manager with current form on his side from his club and be able to pay off any fee the club want.

Holloway, looks what he's done at Blackpool this year. Turned them round big time!

In a fantasy world, I'd have Martin O'Neil.
In the real world, Holloway maybe as long as he's not going to try and do some one liners or an ex-player and Kav could be a good choice. Maybe even Gary Speed

his one liners are quality. surely you would rather that, along with his passion, than DJ stood in front of a cam, face like a bulldog chewing a wasp, moaning at the ref, his own players, and genrally looking like he should be on suicicde watch?

Yeah, never used to like Holloway, too quick to act the country bumpkin and do a one-man stand up act than actually bother with managing a side. But he looks like he's focused himself on the team at Blackpool and is doing an excellent job and a move closer to his south west roots could suit him. But him and Jones are best buddies, so would he want to be seen stepping into his best mate's shoes?

O'Driscoll from Doncaster, play great football with a very very cheap squad
