Peter Ridsdale is ready to accept the offer himself and resign from the board too.
IF the Malaysians do not come through with their offer Peter Ridsdale will leave by the end of the month, he has had enough of the pressure.
This story will run in tomorrows news and media outlets.

Obviously hope this is nailed on fact. But how many shares are we talking about? are they looking for 51%
and a controlling interest or are they looking to oust the egg chasers and the other fly-by-night bastards??

Borley was going to Malaysia to go with the ' drag on ' option, so even if Ridsdale didnt accept the offer then 51% of the shareholders would have forced the sale anyhow.

If it isn't a full takeover, who's shares would he be buying @ 9p each? Or would it be a new issue?
With the drag along option, wouldn't that be for a full takeover? ie if 50% of the shareholders agree to 9p a share, those are the terms and the price at which the shares would be sold?

Once 90% of shares are held by one holder then that person/organisation can make a complusary purchase of the rest.
Any way f**king great news and an astute business man like TG wouldn't be getting involved with a bankrupt club unless there was more substancial investment to come.
