THE RIDDLER AND HIS PAY OFF.

Tue Mar 16, 2010 9:33 am

If the Riddler refuses to sell at 9p per share but 51% of shareholders agree, then he would have to sell, but what would happen with regards to him leaving surely he would get a pay off or am i wrong.

If he Resigns No, but if they kick him out about £1 mill, I can see an agreement being sorted. But if we go under he would get Zero and Zero.

I cant see him going without a fight, he is a shrewd business man and will get as much as he can in my opinion. :(

He could be but it could get nasty. A political thank you for your services if all we are going to see.

You would have to prove he was personally responsible for the failure to spend the cash on players in January. It may appear clear cut to us but we don't know what collective decisions were taken by the board.

It would be worth looking into but I suspect he has his back covered and I wouldn't be surprised if a hugely expensive employment tribunal followed sacking.
