by someone on the board at newport county, who also works for the FAW, that cardiff city are not allowed to sell ledley or matthews, due to a contractual agreement/problem regarding ridsdale and our board.
i said ''do you mean transfer embargo,'' he said it had nothing to do with that.
i was pissed and he was boring me about newport so that was the end of convo really....
but does anyone know what he may be on about.
he seemed adament he was right, but im not sure what he meant.

going on the state you appear to have been in he was probably talking about the Welsh team for Saturdays rugby to you.

could have been, but i do actully remember this convo, because he was saying ridsdale should never have been allowed near cardiff, and he called him a c*nt more than me

I would assume then that technically they are not the property of CCFC but should the club go through, any sale of them goes to creditors i.e. PMG. Might be wrong though.
