Its a great place it just doesnt close. You can either stay on the island or kowloon which are linked by star ferry which takes minutes and costs pence,

Great bars ,clubs, and restaurants and the markets are brilliant. I always go the the night market in wan chai.

If your going to buy expensive gear like cameras etc make sure shops displaying HKTA sticker ( they used to have a pic of a junk on them)

In hotels they have visitor handbooks in every room You should read it will give you a lot of sound advice!!!!

A bar on kowloon side known as the bottoms up bar was featured in bond film and you are served by topless barmaids who kneel on sort of round pool tables can be great laugh. But be warned if you go to any dodgy bars pay for each round of drinks. DO NOT LET THEM BUILD A TAB FOR YOU !!!!!!

You will love it they are a slightly more stricter now its china,

Only thing they have new airport the old one Kai Tak was one of the worst landings in the world and was exciting lol.

Chegs I have an office there ,its a graet place with plenty of things to do. A few Bars to try ,Sticky Fingers, Fenwicks, also If you have time and a Chinese Visa you can cross the border into Shenzen. which is a very interesting City .
If you have the correct paperwork you can be across in less than 30 minutes ,its well worth doing,
You will have a great time there in HK its a fantastic city. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
