So Paul Guy IS NOT in the UK

According to TLG anyway.

Not sure about anyone else but I read that as a positive thing.

doubt TG would be travelling over here for such an important meeting if the major creditor was not around to beat out a deal, UNLESS the deal was already agreeable in principal and it only takes Mike Hall to shake on it, barring a complete change in the deal.

What on earth is TLG playing at?

As a board member and spokesperson for the trust why would he state that Guy was not in the country if he had been seen in person at the ground?

I had great issues yesterday with the Trust (oh and CCSC) statement. It seemed to be clarified later on in the day but it still had an underlying support of PR

I think its because a lot of people have the mindset that nothing positive can happen at Cardiff City.
They dont love the club any less but think good things happen to other Football Clubs, not ours. Its
an atitude developed over twenty/thirty years of pain. Not being overly dramatic but f**k me , we've
put up with our fair share of shite over the years.
If (and I for one think its going to happen) the Malaysians do come in, i think it will be to run the club,
and to run the club properly. They have obviously gone through the accounts and the day to day running
of Cardiff City with a fine toothcomb and just the fact that they are here now convinces me that they
are positive about the future here.

As has been posted previously, I suspect they could actually get the club debt-free for around £20million
after striking deals with creditors and current incumbents.

Brand new stadium/ 20,000+ crowds/ brink of Premier league football/no debts....

The Malaysians know what they're doing. The donuts in charge right now cannot exactly play hard-ball
either can they?

THE GLASS IS HALF-FULL :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

But if we have new owners in principle by the end of the day, there will still be "out of the frying pan
and into the fire" posts... Human nature innnit? and our Welsh nature makes us naturally suspicious
moaning bastards :D

Exactly my points I made, also not another prem team around for over 100 miles!! we could easily pull 30,000+ if we stayed in the Prem
