FAO ANNIS & OTHER OFFENDED POSTERS.

Could I be allowed to set things straight here. First, I hate Ridsdale and I have been lampooning him on the other board for a very long time. I want his arse down the road pronto! I am a member of the trust and support its ultimate aims but that doesn't mean I'm about to kiss anyone who runs it, nor am I about to slag off people I don't know. TLG and I have had our quarrels over his attitude to posters he feels are in error but I have never met him and therefore can't make any judgements.

I have nothing against Annis. We have never met but I have always found him to be sociable and willing to discuss differences. Each board has its own characteristics and I should have had a long look at this board before I contributed. I think the posters tend to be younger and more emotional but I could be wrong. Many of the posters here know each other and allow for the fact that something said in print can look much more serious than if it was said in a chat in a pub.

I have watched and supported the Bluebirds since 1947 and I'm hoping they'll still be here when i've gone. I apologized yesterday and tried to explain my position to "The Rhooster." I offered to buy him a pint but luckily I refrained from mentioning where!

In the future I can only honestly tell you what I feel about things and hope you'll accept that ,right or wrong, it is meant sincerely.

But, how the hell anyone could think I supported Ridsdale I'm at a loss to understand.
