If they added phase 2 to the capacity making it 35,500 ?

we would sell out against the top clubs and then it would depend on how we were doing against the rest, if we were struggling like most teams do when they go up i reckon we would average 30,000

what crowds would we need to break even 30000 would in my opinion be the minimum

History points to the fact that we would probably sell out against the top six teams, & i would guess about 25/26K for the other games.
I would love my thoughts to be proved wrong though.

Sell out for big clubs, 20-25,000 for Bolton, Hull, Wigan etc, 25-30,000 for West Ham, Sunderland, etc

It would be great if we could pack out the ground week in week out
certainly IF we got there, I think for the first season we would get good gates
stoke have seen their crowds rise from 14 k or so to 25 k plus
so I am sure we could match that
but for how long ?

depends if they were in the PL, how many multi - season tickets they sell - This is the reason many former PL clubs crowds have held up.
