By telling people he's the one stalling the deal, and could cost us the investment is one way.

Nobody knows whether this is the truth, and although there may well be negotiations needed with the sale of his shares for example I find it hard to believe he is purposely making things difficult.

i meant that tongue in cheek cf no one knows wat happens behind closed doors
and we will find out when the deal is done when they are ready to tell us
