I'd snap your hand off for him say his wages in total were 50,000 grand a week would cost us 1.5mill in wages. For a player of that quality and experience would be a bargain for just his wages.

Doubt its true, but we should be in a position to offer him £40,000-50,000 a week with the option of extending it if we stay up.
