I'm reading this as unless you've changed band, i.e now an adult or now an OAP etc, you can use the same card. I'm guessing it's because concession cards flash a different colour.

Yes any concession flashes a different colour in main bowl, except it doesn't in corporate entrance if you are an adult of any age you don't get stopped!

Assume need to physically have card to change data bit like hotel electronic key. It does say unchanged seats /concession dont need to have new card!
