Hugely damaging defeat for @Cymru as Hungary move clear at t

Hungary 1 Wales 0

Hugely damaging defeat for @Cymru as Hungary move clear at the top of #Euro2020 Group E. @Cymru had their chances, with Gareth Bale wasting the best chance at 0-0. Massive autumn ahead for Ryan Giggs. FT0-0. Thoughts? #CallRob 03700-100-110

Didn't want Giggs either. But I'll give him this campaign. He's at least bringing through the youth a bit like Toshack in his last few years before Coleman reaped all the benefits.

C'mon guys,the group that got to the semi's in 2016 didn't exactly hit the ground running either and I seem to remember nobody wanted Colman as manager as well.Its all too easy to blame the manager and it smacks of a knee jerk reaction rather than a considered view.I quite like the style Giggs is trying to play but these youngsters are not yet in the same place as those 4 yrs ago.Just because we had some success 4 yrs ago lets not become english fans by throwing our toys out when thing don't go to plan.I think this current crop could eventually do as well if not better than the 2016 lot.

if Bale scores that chance and has a half decent game we win last night against a very decent team { people talk about them as if they are Gibralter reserves but their record especially at home says something else }

It was a better set up last night, with a good mixture of youngsters (not like the U19 side that went to Croatia - a world cup finalist, in ridiculous temperature and for a qualifier)). I honestly think if last nights side went to Coaia we would have got something out of these 2 games.

Laurence in defence is not up to it yet by any means, too fragile
