Sam hammam suing ccfc for 15 million

Was this not settled in court years ago? And why years later he's suppose to be claiming 15m ? Was it not 15m that was/should been paid after court case? He always seem to be screwing clubs he owned out of money one way or other like Wimbledon

Wimbledon were league 4 when Sam arrived took them to Top flight football with home gates of 4,000 & away support of sometimes 20 fans, always in Top 10 and beat Liverpool FA Cup Final and was never ever relegated.

I have been up there on many many occasions and the majority of fans love Sam still, just a few like you down here who don't.

they were playing at Selhurst Park in the top tier.. a new ground had been a topic for a number of years but not a new ground built on Plough Lane as it was not suitable...Sam sold 80% of Wimbledon and later sold Plough Lane. listen to some and they make it sound like he had sold the ground they played on..
I know this. if Sam had not come here the chances are id still be watching mid table 4th division football. there would be no CCS and none of us would know who Vincent Tan is... and as you hinted at in a previous post there really were not many of us that actually remember where we were and how hopeless it was..

Cardiff City were League 4 in debt on the verge of bankruptcy, Ninian Park in a terrible state, crowds of 3,500 and NO one wanted us.

We had not had the Success Sam gave us, for for over 40 years at least.

I would say 85% of the fans at Cardiff City are there nowadays due to Sam Hammam taking over Cardiff City and taking us on an unbelievable journey.

Atmosphere was bouncing once Sam took over.

99% of the fans I have met who slate Sam were not there the season before Sam came when I ask them were they attending.

Cant be 15 only 7 was outstanding 5 million was paid of it end of February 2016 with 2 million to be paid on promotion to the premier league, last years account s show 23 million of promotion bonuses at the end of 2018 the season we went up be interesting to see the breakdown of the payments a d if langstone got there 2 million for final settlement

Sam ran up debts paying himself and his brother ,Langstone then borrowed the club 24 million in loan notes with massive interest whilst claiming it wasnt his company he lied to everyone ,tan has written off 10s of millions of pounds ,paid off pmg,langstone, hardly the same ,and I don't think tan has got a chance of getting his money back ,if sam hasnt had the 2 million agreed promotion bonus then the club should pay it but he had had all the over monies in the settlement I've proved in links on this thread and in others that only 2 million was owed to langstone in a form of a promotion bonus any one who says different is lying or has been given false information

I said if hes owed the 2 million promotion payment he should get it but all other monies have been paid this is a fact ,to suggests otherwise is wrong ,I dont know if bonus is paid or not but I know the cash settlement amounts were ,he might be owed 2 million or he might not theres no breakdown of the 23 million pound of playing and non playing contract payments in the 2018 accounts
