SEAN MORRISON:

Windy down here, what about Yorkshire?

"It’s going to be a tough game regardless. Similar to the game we had at Luton in terms of we are playing a team whose position doesn’t tell the truth in terms of how good they are.

It’s not an easy place to go, Huddersfield, so you add the rain, cold, wind, but we started the week well, it wasn’t the prettiest but we brought back three points. We know what we’ve got to do."

You know what it takes?

"Both Luton and Huddersfield are better teams than their league position tells us. They’ve got Premier League players who don’t want to be down at the bottom of the Championship table."

"We need to focus on ourselves."

"We stayed solid on Saturday, so if we can limit the amount of opportunities Huddersfield get we have a far better chance>"

Momentum generated?

"You’re not going to achieve anything if you don’t put a run of games together. We drew a few home games we should have won in the last month or so. You can build from not losing games. If you can start turning draws into wins we have a great chance of breaking through into the top six."

SEAN MORRISON:

What does this team need to finish top six?

"I think just maybe the belief of winning a couple of games in a row. Winning a run of games, the mindset changes. More confidence, more belief. If we can start picking up away wins, putting a run of three or four wins, confidence builds. We’ve got all the players and a spine of the team."

Experience help?

"Of course. It makes it easier for players who have dealt with the outside influences, too. Players that want to achieve great things for this football club. As players we are not overly happy with how things have gone."

Adomah

"Likes to be known as Unc, two promotions… older head in the changing room…always nice to have another leader in there… Fantastic to have him"

Vocal

"I wouldn’t say vocal but I don’t think all leaders need to be vocal, just a presence and the way you conduct yourself… Fantastic performance at Luton, showing the boys the level… Way he’s conducted himself has been fantastic."

Smith and Sanderson

"Dion and Brad haven’t featured yet but I’m sure they will…. Both fantastic athletes, powerful quick… we know what the Championship is like, so we’re going to have to call upon the squad… looking forward to seeing them on the pitch."

Nelson partnership

"It’s been good. Me and Nels never had the opportunity until after Christmas… It’s been nice. I’ve always spoken so highly of the other centre-backs… we’re competing with each other but all want to play. Support each other… when I wasn’t in the team, I was the first over to them and vice versa… We support each other immensely… hopefully me and Nels can keep doing the job… If we can keep doing what we’re doing, it can give us the base to win games."

SEAN MORRISON:

Lee Tomlin

"Tommo is a joke as a player. In training stuff he does is scandalous… Pleasure to play with someone like that, so much flair and quality… If we can keep goals out you’ve always got a chance with someone like that."

"From the start of the season, even before the new manager came in, mindset changed… worked on his fitness, hit the ground running and looked like a new player… different mindset, really attacked this season."

Like to defend against him?

"No, I’d just boot him! He drops into positions centre-backs don’t want to get dragged into… sometimes he sees the pass two or three seconds before anyone else… I’m glad we get to share a field with him."

Good interview there all that needs now is to convert it onto the pitch

I wonder how many more points we'd have on the board if Tomlin had played more before christmas?

I never really liked Morrison but the more you read about him and see his personality you can see why he is a clear option as captain. I remember he was rumoured to leave before promotion season and 4m was rumoured and at the time I couldn't believe we didn't take it, well he proved me wrong that season.

Yes he has his limits but for me our best CB.

He is clearly a leader. We just need to make sure he is played with someone that compliments his abilities. Flint unfortunately does not. Bamba, MAnga and Nelson are all faster and able to recover back quickly if needs be.

Morrison by far our best CB. I do feel Nelson is a liability though
