I can't believe Leggy hasn't made anyone's legendary status. If not a legend then must be close!!
Came as an ex Jack and got stick, won us all over by putting everything on the line.
Another wand of a left foot & a long throw like a cross!!
Him jumping in the crowd after scoring in an away win at wycombe was a brilliant memory.
Ole, ole, ole, ole, Andy Legg, Legg Legg

Also surprised no one has Dave Bennett. Adrian Alston and Tony Evans would be in mine although a fairly short lived partnership.
Alston trying to shot from the kick-off on MoD!!

Peter Sayer was my first legend back in the 70's.
Andy Dibble is a legend because of City fans chanting his name as the Welsh team arrived for an away fixture (he was the reserve keeper) instead of the big names like Rush and Hughes!
Robin Friday for literally giving two fingers
Peter Whittingham because he took the anxiety out of City being awarded a penalty. He just coolly put them away.
Danny Gabbidon in my opinion the best player to emerge from Cardiff City. He should have been a world great. Will never forget how he marked Alessandro Del Piero out of the Wales vs Italy game in 2002 when he was playing week in week out for Cardiff in what is now League 1 (Division 3 in old money)

I am an old man so...............
1. Peter King
2. Don Murray
3. Phil Dwyer
4. Earnshaw
5. Toshack
Surely Fred Keenor should be in as an automatic No 1? Also, given our reputation elsewhere, how about Frankie of the Grange End?
Mon Mar 23, 2020 2:20 pm
Phil Dwyer
Peter Whittingham
Don Murray
Michael Chopra
Robin Friday (only 20 games but wow !!)
