Very positive news, it looks like there is light at the end of the tunnel, the markets are all up around 5% too which means they agree there may be more good news on it's way!

The markets are up because of government quantitative easing not because of the virus unfortunately

However, there are a few little chinks of light around the world and bits of good news here and there about this bloody virus

Excellent news Annis as that’s our region. Long may it continue but as you said doctors still think that we a couple of weeks away from improvement.

Deffo good news.
No new cases = Heath service is not overloaded and can concentrate on the cases it has. As you say, not out of the woods yet but deffo chinks of light. Long may it continue.

The governments made the changes a few days ago and the markets continued to drop, I think they've gone up on the hope that the virus is manageable and long term the economy will recover, but the fact that they are turning green is positive, even if it's only for a day.

Italy 2 days running has gone down Madrid Sadly is still increasing our love and thoughts are with them all

Thank goodness! Some good news at last.....hopefully the first of many stories of hope and of better times to come.

Walked in portals this morning with the dog and got told I can only walk outside the house with him, went to the shop and saw a roadblock of 8 local police standing there! It’s was there job to check on nursing homes not the army! They also said it’s a fine of 1500 if I walk the dog to the shops! It’s on the news it’s 100 ! They don’t know what’s what

Great news and lets say it goes completely from Mallorca.

The bit that concerns me is - it only takes 1 infected person to arrive and very quickly it's back again. I dont see how this will ever go away until a vaccine is developed

Research so far is saying it doesn’t reinfect after the first time. It’ll probably never go away completely but hopefully be controlled as much as possible similarly to flu.
