Match facts

Cardiff haven’t hosted Charlton at the Cardiff City Stadium in the Championship since September 2015, winning 2-1 with goals from Joe Mason and Sean Morrison.

Four of the last six Championship encounters between Cardiff and Charlton have ended as draws, with both teams winning one game apiece of the other two games.

Cardiff have won their last three Championship games, last winning more consecutively in March 2018 (eight in a row).

Charlton are looking to pick up three consecutive Championship victories for the first time since March 2015.

Charlton are averaging just nine shots per game in the Championship this season, fewer than any other side in the division.

All points to a win for us but this is football and this is the championship. Oddly I'm more worried about this game than both previous; probably because we're expected to win and the (supposed) defensive tactics against Leeds and Preston may have to be tweaked here. Mmmmm I wouldn't be surprised with a draw here but really hoping for a win :ayatollah:
