We usually get some idea of what and where we are heading at the start of the season.

Yeah that's right Sam, at theback of his mind  no matter what he does, some will have a go at him,but these times are unlike any other in my memory, splashing the cash has proved unsuccessful for many clubs.and it's not like cash hasn't been given to managers in our recent past, out of curiosity, what statement would you like him to make? :old: :bluebird:

We're not done in the transfer market that's for sure. :!:

We are desperate to take a gamble on nippy striker to play on the shoulder, just to give us that extra dimension.

We've lost the only real explosive and powerful player in NML, so just don't have the squad to challenge teams tactically now.

We are also desperate for a more technical midfielder and desperately short at right back.

Not to mention that if Nelson gets injured we're in big trouble.

Doesn't look like any youth players can even supplement the squad which is a complete joke and embarrasment to the club. Ralls is a cracking player but surely have a better CAM we can develop internally. Joe is much better in a deeper role.

Ralls is part of the problem. He has no pace, his passing is poor, he's regularly in the wrong position and he's prone to some kamikaze tackling. He's good at running around tho' but not very fast. He's Marlon Pack basically.
