Cardiff City today signed Harry Wilson on loan till May 2020 and agreed to pay all Wilson’s wages £25,000 a week plus pay Liverpool £1mill if Cardiff City won promotion this season to the Premier League.

I'm pretty sure that's the standard statement any player makes , its just called integrating with his new team mates.
