Streaming voucher not working?

Did anyone else get trouble with redeeming their streaming voucher code to watch the games? I’ve entered the code on the website but it says it’s already been used, however, when I go to actually watch the game on the app it’s telling me a video package is required?

I thought it was home games only

I made the same mistake and got the same message. I even had the audacity to write to the technical support team at CCFC, prior to realising my error.

The club have assured me the code has been activated by them as it’s not let me all season, so hopefully I’ll get to watch the next home fixture.

Are the mid weeks games on the red button on sky? Sky website a bit vague and quotes games are on but doesn't say they are live whilst there are featured games Tuesday and Wednesday which are not ours
