I think Boris Johnson has that title.

It shows what a terrible state politics is when we have to compare leaders by not how good they are, but who is the least damaging / poor.

The difference being that
1- you have to have a vaccine passport to get into a nightclub.
2- He isn't any other person. He is the one making the rules.

How do you know they weren't checking Covid passports for this event? If that's the rule and they followed that then wheres the issue?
Don't get me wrong I'm not a massive fan of any politician but this video shows nothing of the back story. If it came to light that no precautions were taken and they were all just having a massive jolly then I would be as angry as everyone else. This video doesn't show anything other than what you would see in a club

And that is the exact point Jestrix - we are all hypocrites but as he IS in a position of authority he should lead by example and not "do as I say, not as I do" !!!

He's embarrassing, how can someone like him get to the top of Welsh politics and basically do whatever he wants, how could so many people vote for that???????????????????????

Drakeford has given every small bit of livery back over the past year through clenched teeth. If our NHS was not such an absolute mess we could cope with a bit more Covid circulating. But the NHS is in crisis, was before Covid, and can't cope with what's going on. Drakeford has dictated much of the population still working from home and we have a situation where most are expected to take work place precautions whilst others Drakeford is allowing to continue to work from him. This is everyone in Welsh government and the local authorities who don't wear boots and a high viz jacket.
If Drakeford willingly sends his disciples back to work in their offices then he can dance around maskless as much as he likes.

The most important words are "was before covid" ie the nhs has been in a terrible mess for a long time, every winter the same headlines, of nhs not coping, no beds, patients being turned away etc etc, the sad reality that has been that covid has served to show us how poor a state the nhs is in,ie, the fact that covid has been the straw to brak the camels back, literally!!
You dont have to look far, to find the headlines just before covid came, and it's a sad read, of how we were in crisis nhs wise then, and every winter for ten yrs and more previously! But what do the government blame? Hmmmmmm not themselves, but covid being the reason, not severe cut backs, drop in funding etc??

And in the case of our govt here, what can't be blamed on covid, they attempt to blame on westminster.
